DiDi Gelato currently only offers delivery on Saturdays in the Pretoria East area, during this initial phase of establishing the business. More areas will be added in due course. The cost for delivery will be a fixed fee of R70, with a minimum order amount of R300.
DiDi Gelato can be kept frozen for up to two months, at -20 degrees Celcius. The perfect serving temperature of the product is about -13 degrees Celsius. Remove from the freezer about 20 minutes before serving time to thaw in the fridge.
The product should not be frozen again if it has melted, as the structure of the gelato would be compromised.
